Effects of Different Growth Hormones on Rooting and Endogenous Hormone Content of Two Morus alba L. Cuttings

This study aimed to explore the effects of different concentrations indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), indole-3-butyric (IBA), and indene-naphthaleneacetic (ABT-1) on rooting dynamic changes endogenous hormone content Australian Mulberry (vegetable Mulberry) Kirin mulberry (Fruit hardwood cuttings. As exhibited by results, process both vegetable fruit could be divided into three stages, namely initiation stage (1–18 days), callus formation (18–28 adventitious root elongation (28–48 days). The two treatments with 1000 mg·L−1 ABT-1 500 achieved highest efficiencies mulberry, significantly higher than those other (p < 0.01), average rates 63.3% 68.7%, efficiency indices 25.3 34.3, respectively. During process, contents IAA zeatin riboside (ZR) ratios IAA/ABA IAA/ZR presented a trend decreasing before increasing, while abscisic (ABA) jasmonic (JA) increasing decreasing, gibberellin (GA3), strigolactone (SL), IBA showed continuous trend. Hence, was effective in inducing synthesis IAA, IBA, JA, SL, reducing ABA, ZR, GA3, promoting For cuttings, optimal were mg·L−1, respectively, demonstrating applicability for efficient propagation Morus alba L.
